Welcome to Lugang Café - O Square Greenhills, an exquisite Taiwanese culinary gem nestled in the vibrant O Square at Greenhills Shopping Center, San Juan, Metro Manila. This establishment is a delight for food enthusiasts, offering an extensive menu that beautifully showcases the flavors of Taiwan. Whether you're a fan of savory dumplings or refreshing shakes, this café captures the essence of Taiwanese dining with a cozy and inviting ambiance.
One of the standout features of Lugang Café is their unlimited Xiao Long Bao (XLB), a dish beloved by many. As noted by customer reviews, while the XLB could use a bit of finesse with thinner skin, the overall experience remains appealing. Patrons rave about the service, which is attentive and friendly, creating a pleasant dining atmosphere.
For those craving a variety of flavors, the café's menu includes a tantalizing assortment of dishes. From the addictive chili sauce to flavorful wontons and a comforting bowl of congee, there's something for everyone. The vegan options, such as the veggie and truffle steamed dumpling, have also received commendation, proving that Lugang Café caters to diverse palates.
The café embraces a fun, interactive dining experience with their Feast All You Can promo, which has delighted visitors seeking a value-driven eating adventure. Guests appreciate the prompt serving time, even during peak hours. Dishes like the chili oil wontons and chicken with scallions in ginger oil exemplify their commitment to quality, with many diners eagerly planning their return visits.
However, it's worth noting that some guests have pointed to the need for improved service responsiveness, especially when trying to catch the staff's attention. Despite this minor hiccup, the consistent warmth of the dishes—such as the richly flavored braised pork knuckles and aromatic Taiwanese sausage fried rice—still manage to leave a lasting impression.
In summary, Lugang Café - O Square Greenhills is more than just a place to eat; it's a destination for indulging in authentic Taiwanese cuisine. With its delightful menu and inviting ambiance, it offers a cultural culinary journey that will keep you coming back for more. Don’t miss a chance to experience this gem in the heart of San Juan. They have unlimited Xiao Long Bao & other dishes from time to time. Their Xiao Long Bao is okay, but they can improve to make the skin thinner that would make it even better. Service is good. Ambiance is also very good. Keep it up.

Sweet and Sour, wonton and congee tasted good even after we requested less salt and no MSG. Their chili sauce is addicting. The place was cozy. They have a wide array of Taiwanese foods and shakes! Their veggie and truffle steamed dumpling was also good.

Availed their Feast All You Can promo, and for me, it's really worth it! The serving time is faster than I expected because the restaurant was full when I dined in here. Their food were great, especially their XLB, wontons in chili oil, & chicken with scallions in ginger oil! Will surely be back for this promo!!!

The Vietnamese egg rolls are a favorite and never disappoint. The braised pork knuckles are flavorful and incredibly tender, though they take a long time to be served. The beans with pork and the Taiwanese sausage fried rice are also delicious. At this branch, all the food was served hot, which was great. However, the service could be improved—it was a bit difficult to get the staff’s attention when following up or requesting something.

Fried Rice with Taiwanese Sausage and Egg – The best fried rice in Metro Manila! Absolutely loved it. Pork Xiao Long Bao – Very good, highly recommended. Roasted Duck – I had high expectations for the duck, but it was slightly overcooked. Still enjoyable, but I hope it’s better next time. Chongqing Spicy Chicken – The chicken was good, but if you’ve tried the one from Paradise Dynasty, you might find this version lacking in flavor. Eggplant with Minced Pork (Spicy) – I didn’t enjoy it much because it had salted fish. Those who like salted fish would probably love it, but I wouldn’t order it again. Service and Atmosphere - 5/5
